女性活躍推進の本質とは「自分と異なる他者と相互に人間理解をできるか」ということが一番の肝になります。
性差を理解して女性が活躍するための知識とスキルとは？そのために女性たちがどういったアクションを起こせば良いのか、導入と実践の２回に分けて講座を実施します。

・上司との人間関係やコミュニケーションに必要な心理学の知識とは？
・そもそもなぜ今、女性活躍なのか？本当に女性が組織や社会の中で活躍できる方法とは？
などを講演＋質疑応答セッション形式でお伝えします。
Part 1 discusses the challenges women have in the workplace and how to leverage their unique skills. The session also provides an introduction to understanding the role of psychology in communicating with managers and colleagues.
Ways professional women can be more impactful in an organization are shared through the lecture and Q&A portions of the seminar!
